Infoway is accountable to its Board of Directors and to its Corporation Members (the deputy ministers of health for the federal, provincial and territorial governments). The Board includes two federal appointees, five provincial/territorial appointees, and four-six independent directors.

Kim Brooks is Dean of the Faculty of Management at Dalhousie University. She is also appointed to the Schulich School of Law, where she served as Dean from 2010-2015. She is a technical tax law expert with the International Monetary Fund.
