This study provides a brief analysis of findings from a literature review exploring telehomecare and remote patient monitoring programs. As this review investigates patients living with some the most common conditions including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart failure (HF), and mental health issues, this study also provides moderate-to high evidence supporting telehealth solutions.
