Canada Health Infoway conducted the 2015 National Change Management Survey to gain insights into the use of Change Management best practices, resources, enablers and barriers to change as well as the awareness and usefulness of Infoway’s National Change Management Framework and toolkit.
In field in February 2015, more than 379 leaders and supporters of health care change responded to the survey revealing that only 50% of organizations follow a change management methodology and visible/engaged senior leadership is the #1 change enabler.
In addition to sharing the survey results, the webinar will feature the experiences of Manitoba eHealth on how active and visible executive sponsorship contributed to project success. In 2014, Manitoba eHealth’s enterprise level ADT project was awarded Project of the Year by the Manitoba branch of the Project Management Institute. Hear how Manitoba eHealth uses a standard, consistent, repeatable, role-based project governance structure to enable change.
Presenters:
- James Nick, Director, Project Management Division, Manitoba eHealth
