The purpose of the Whistleblower Policy is to encourage employees and members of the Board of Directors to disclose serious concerns regarding actual or potential wrongdoing without fear of reprisals. This Policy helps foster a “doing the right thing” and “speak up” culture which leads to the communication of issues internally and on a timely basis. This in turn enables Infoway to address these issues efficiently and implement mechanisms to prevent reoccurrence, as required.
