Connected Care

We work collaboratively with partners nationwide to accelerate Connected Care through the development, adoption, and effective use of digital health solutions. We play a pivotal role in the Canadian healthcare landscape by developing and promoting the adoption of national data standards, ensuring interoperability across healthcare systems, and facilitating the secure exchange of health information. Through our Connected Care programs, we aim to enhance care coordination, empower patients to be active participants in their health journey, and help enable seamless communication and information sharing among healthcare providers.
